Job Requirement :

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical Qualified professional with 8 years of experience
• Proven experience working in the oil and gas industry with a focus on static equipment design engineering and project management.
• Strong proficiency in using industrystandard software tools such as PV Elite. PV Tank Compress etc for design and analysis.
• Indepth knowledge of relevant codes and standards including ASME API ANSI and ASTM.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Role :

• Lead and oversee the design engineering and analysis of static equipment including pressure vessels heat exchangers storage tanks and piping systems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including mechanical engineers process engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements and client specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies risk assessments and technical evaluations to identify optimal design solutions and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings specifications and calculations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform structural and thermal analyses using relevant software tools to ensure the integrity and performance of static equipment under various operating conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing work environment.
• Interface with clients vendors and subcontractors to address technical inquiries resolve design issues and ensure project deliverables are met within budget and schedule constraints.
• Participate in project meetings design reviews and site inspections to monitor progress identify deviations from project plans and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices related to static equipment design and engineering.
