Mechanical Automobile Engineer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing mechanical components and systems for automobiles
• Conducting testing and analysis of automotive systems and components
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues in mechanical and automotive systems
• Conducting research to improve vehicle performance safety and efficiency
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
• Participating in vehicle prototype development and testing
• Providing technical support for manufacturing processes and quality assurance
• Managing projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Implementing and adhering to regulatory standards and requirements
• Conducting cost and risk analysis for new mechanical and automotive designs
• Performing failure analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Developing maintenance and repair procedures for automotive systems
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing mechanical designs
• Training and mentoring junior engineering staff
• Writing technical reports and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in mechanical and automotive design and development
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Indepth knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Experience in project management and crossfunctional collaboration
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
