Mechanic Assistant Mechanic Technician

HOURLY RATE GUARENTEED 40 HOURS WEEKLY!!!!!

Hired Gun Weed & Pest Control is a growing company in need of a mechanic to perform fleet and customer maintenance and repair tasks inspecting vehicles and equipment for potential problems and troubleshooting issues to ensure our fleet is performing appropriately and able to be sent out to work without long periods of downtime.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Automotive/UTV/ATV repair

Heavy equipment (skid steer dozer loader backhoe etc.) repair

Providing service of the highest quality to our fleet and customers

Performing skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems

Inspect replace and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles/UTV s/ATV s

Fabricating

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive repair technology

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company s vision mission and core values in all interaction with customers coworkers managers and suppliers

Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards

Maintain a safe clean and organized work area

Requirements

We are looking for:

A minimum of 1 year auto service / engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity

Welding knowledge a plus

Must have Technician Tools

Valid driver s license

Ability to operate and drive vehicles

Ability to pass preemployment drug screen

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead a crew of Technicians

Experience:

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
  
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
