Mechancial Engineer - Entry Level

Growing Billion dollar Co in Robards KY has a need for an entry level Mechanical/Reliability Engineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented to join our Engineering department. As a Reliability Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes improving efficiency and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes/equipment and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve quality
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective action
• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 03 years experience out of college
• Strong knowledge of equipment/process optimization techniques and methodologies
• Proficient in process simulation and modeling software
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
