- Overall Project Management initiation & scoping
- Responsible for the overall success coordination implementation execution and completion of all project tasks within budget and time.
- Planning & resource allocations
- Manage & monitor project progress & SDLC
- Tracking of the project to ensure timeous delivery
- Managing scope creep to ensure timeous delivery
- Release management ensure that all releases into production are fully specified/documented ie environment & configuration
- Documentation ensure that all project documentation is complete and uptostandard
- Manage & realign scoping planning & resource allocation if & when identified risks materialise
- Problem management coordinate & monitor progress on issue/defect decision & action logs
- Change management coordinate evaluate & scope all change requests gain approval & schedule
- Risk management manage & monitor project risk register
- Report on overall progress risk problem & change management
Requirements
A minimum of 15 years proven Project Management Experience
Experience leading Complex Data Centric Projects such as Master Data Management (a MUST) Data Migrations and Data Quality Improvement Solutions (especially in the Financial Sector)
Strong planning task structuring report writing and interpersonal skills.
In depth understanding and proven experience in managing Master Data Management Projects
Experience using Scaled Agile methodology
Experience using Microsoft Project Office
Excellent Management skills including planning report writing interpersonal ability to work at detailed level and with a holistic view engaging with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders (business and technical) while leading a project team to deliver in accordance with deadlines and customer expectations.
