MD- Investment Banking

The Managing Director of Investment Banking plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and driving the success of the investment banking division. The position requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Role of MD:

Strategic Leadership:

• .Provide visionary leadership to the investment banking division setting clear objectives and strategies aligned with the overall Organizational goals.

• Develop and implement business plans ensuring the growth and profitability of the investment banking segment.

• Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes that may impact the investment banking business.

• Build and manage a strong origination ecosystem.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients institutional investors and other stakeholders.

• Lead client pitches presentations and negotiations ensuring the successful completion of transactions.

• Leverage own FSG connects to execute and complete transactions.

Deal Origination and Execution:

• Oversee the origination of transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other strategic advisory services.

• .Leverage the Groups strengths to originate and execute transactions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughout the deal lifecycle.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture encouraging continuous learning and development.

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Financial Performance:

• Drive revenue growth and profitability within the investment banking division.

• Ensure Profitability of the division

• Monitor financial performance against targets implement corrective actions when necessary and optimize operational efficiency.

Expertise:

1. Extensive experience in investment banking with a proven track record of successful deal origination and execution. (Executed at least 100 transactions).
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
3. Indepth knowledge of financial markets regulations and industry trends.
4. Ability to manage stakeholders expectations.
5. Strong Principal and corporate relationships
