Job Title: Materials Inspector
Pay rate: $19.50 $24/hr DOE
1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Contract: Temp to Hire

Required Skills:

  • Both high power or low power scopes
  • SAP systems for inventory
  • Inventory Skills and experience
  • Kitting Assembler background
  • Running a machine.
  • Lots of computer work and counting

The Materials Inspector screens visually inspects measures and counts microelectronic piece parts including; die and wafer caps bases lead frames and various other components for assembly build. This role includes Quality Assurancelevel inspection responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects die and piece parts to various Military and Jedec standards using high and lowpower microscopes.
  • Follows defined specifications and reaction paths.
  • Uses multiple hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components.
  • Stocks and issues materials for assembly build.
  • Trains employees on specs and processes used in the area.
  • Maintains wellorganized and auditready work areas.
  • Utilizes computerbased manufacturing systems to move products and enter data.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
