Material Management Analyst II

One of our prestigious clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Material Management Analyst II to be based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview: The Material Management Analyst ensures the companys inventory is up to date and sufficient to satisfy any project demand distributing the materials in a timely and precise manner and leading to a smooth flow of goods in the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in coordinating and scheduling on time delivery of parts by following established schedules and procedures.
• Assists with audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules inventories levels requirements etc.
• Assists with reconciliation of discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
• Maintains and updates information systems and materials management information toward the operations.
• Coordinates the flow of materials from the reception to the distribution to end user.
• Suggests potential solutions to resolve further problems affecting the supply chain.
• Releases orders in a timely manner to let the continuity of the operations.
• Ensure the system is accurately updated with all warehouses transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining the targeted inventory levels.
• Ability and responsibility to stop any process that is not meeting the companys criteria.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Material Management or equivalent.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
• Experience of 3 to 9 years is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
• Excellent analytical planning and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to undertake complex analysis to create information and to interpret data and trends.
• Experience in managing third party contract.
