Job Overview:
As a Remote Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. You will be working closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate wireframes and business requirements into functional and scalable applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software products
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the code
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of existing applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development to suggest new ideas and approaches in the development process
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of projects from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS
- Expertise in back-end programming languages like Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience using databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of web services (RESTful, SOAP) and API design
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A portfolio of past projects or contributions to open-source projects is a plus
