Run a team or multiple teams of installers. We provide all the sales marketing scheduling and project coordination with utilities and inspectors. We just want you to do the electrical work and make sure that the jobs are done to the highest quality with no call backs.

Our specific best candidate will be have a mix of residential and small commercial experience. Most of the work will be oneday jobs and residential work. You get paid based on your production so you are your own salary cap. You can also pick days you want scheduled so very flexible with your schedule.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Master Electrician that lives in Nebraska or Iowa. Dont apply if you are trying to sell your license and not do work.
Must be able to do more residential than commercial work. 90% is working in existing homes.
I dont need your license but need your skills and management. Dont apply if you are trying to sell your license and not do work.

Valid Driver's License Current Journeymans License in NE (IA optional) Drug Tested Background test Can pick up 100 lbs Mechanically inclined / works well with hands Works outdoors in extreme heat and cold conditions Strong drive and willingness to learn and grow Picks up on new technologies fast. We use many different platforms for vendors and must be able to quickly pick up on new changing technology.
