MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality

• Analyze and identify data issues assist in implementing solutions and perform data reconciliation activities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of data quality metrics and reporting to track data quality performance

• Create data models and perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration)

• At least 5 years of experience in master data management or a related field with demonstrated ability to maintain the functional data requirements in enterprise wide projects

• Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality

• Proven ability to analyze and identify data issues implement solutions and perform data reconciliation activities

• Experience in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows related to master data management

• Experience in data migration with ability to transform datasets using SQL excel and other data migration tools

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP data models and experience creating and maintaining data models is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and implementation of data quality metrics and reporting to track data quality performance
