Participates actively as part of the products set up process for Latin America Brazil and other countries.
Troubleshoots orders fallout for Latin America Brazil and other countries by analyzing the products configuration.
Handling the organization s master data.
Clearly communicating product knowledge to internal/external global partners; providing training as required.
Demonstrating proficient understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain processes that enables a broad understanding of the impacts of PDM decisions.
Generates metrics and dashboard thru Excel intermediateadvance properties using as base the raw reports available.
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal customers and peers across teams and regions as well as provides ongoing support to them.
Develops portions of project documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications including budgets resource allocation plans and other support requirements under minimal guidance.
Provides development support for project communications including creation of status reports and summaries tracking escalations and resolutions of issues coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates and updating documentation.

3 years of experience in similar positions.
Bachelor s degree in business administration international relations or similar field.
Product Data Management (PDM) experience working in SAP S4 HANA
PTC Windchill skills
Knowledge of New product Introduction / Supply Chain concepts.
Fluency in English and clear concise effective verbal and written communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Process improvement experience.
Six Sigma knowledge (desirable).
Power BI knowledge (desirable).
Experience handling metrics.
Excellent team player.
Ability to easily move from one project to another.
