Marketing Technology Specialist

MW Partners is currently seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Manage marketing workflows leveraging relational database use cases (planning strategy forecasting etc.)
• Develop documentation on stepbystep user guide for key workflows by persona
• Create training materials and recordings
• Train new members on workflows and technology from the programmatic side
• Work with internal teams to provide reporting and summaries of customer service challenges
• Optimize workflows and technologies to support with operations and product teams
• Support data projects for GMO initiatives:
• Recommend and implement data hygiene processes utilizing aligned taxonomy
• Run data analyses to answer business questions (typically leveraging Excel)
• Identify trends amongst data to recommend optimizations
• Build data visualizations to develop narratives (PowerBI PPT etc.)

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business Marketing or equivalent work experience
• 12 years of experience working in a relational database and demonstrated project coordination skills
• Strong interest and knowledge of technology and ability to learn new tools quickly. Tech savvy is a must!
• Deep experience with Excel to run complex data analyses to uncover business insights and recommend optimizations
• Must be eager to learn intelligent and inquisitive.
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to support multiple projects and manage to timelines
• Adept at working within a fastpaced clientfacing everchanging environment
• Knowledge of Workfront & PowerBI is a nice to have
