Marketing Student Internship

Bringing the lab to the sample!

To be certain whether food is safe to sell in the supermarket or whether there someone is carrying dangerous substances in the airport samples are taken to the lab for verify. These tests normally require much time effort and money in order to take measurements in the lab.

Next Generation Sensors aims to bring the lab to the sample instead by developing the Handheld Molecular Contaminant Screener (HMCS). A mass spectrometer which is portable and takes samples within minutes on the spot. With its userfriendly interface the HMCS will be usable for everyone without prior training. The HMCS can be applied to tackle many of todays global issues including food safety airport security and combating drug trade. We work in a small yet growing team of various nationalities and disciplines.

We are looking for an enthousiastic Marketing intern. During the internship you will be working on creating Marketing material that will be used when entering the market. This can be from simple brochures to web pages. In the meanwhile you are responsible for creating a marketing plan to reach out the target groups. Furthermore the intern will create and maintain new channels of connecting with these target groups.

Tasks

• Forming and following through a marketing strategy and plan
• Creating new channels of communication
• Creating marketing material
• Improving current marketing methods
• Imrpoving social media and online presence of NGS

Requirements

• Currently enrolled for a degree in Marketing Digital Design Communication or a similar study.
• Can work proactively and independently.
• Good critical thinking skills. And a curious mindset.
• Not afraid of challenges.
• Experience and interest in social media content creation and communication
• Experience in Adobe XD and Photoshop.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus.
• Availability for minimally 5 months.
