Job Description

iFundi is looking for professional and assertive Sales Consultants with call centre experience. The core purpose of this role is to contact potential students who have shown interest to courses being offered by iFundi. The Consultants are required to call all potential students and explain the benefits of enrolling in the courses; give information regarding fees, the starting of each programme and any other information deemed necessary. Consultants are required to use their sales expertise to persuade students to enroll for the programmes on time.


Job Outputs:

Plan Call List of existing enquiries

Call potential students to enroll them for our upcoming programmes

Close deals and ensure that potential students have made their payments for the courses

Handle objections the best way possible to ensure targets are met

Researching potential companies where we could assist and add value

Generating leads for the Sales team

Cold Calling and securing appointments with high level decision makers of the company

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

Answering questions about products or the company

Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the database
