Marketing PR Executive

Job Title: Marketing & PR Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR campaigns to promote the brand and products.
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with journalists interiors writers and media outlets to secure coverage and endorsements.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage all media relations activities.
  
• Coordinate press releases media events and product launches to generate positive publicity.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  
• Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors PR activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Act as a spokesperson for the company brand representing the brand in interviews and public appearances.
  
• Provide PR support for store openings special promotions and other company initiatives.
  
• Assist with crisis communications and reputation management efforts as needed.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Public Relations Communications or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in PR preferably in the retail or home decor industry.
  
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling press releases and media pitches.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with media professionals and stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms for enhancing brand visibility online.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Willingness to travel to various retail locations as needed.
  
• Comfortable working onsite at the Head Office in Blarney Cork
  
• Passion for interiors and lifestyle products is a plus.
