Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented individual to join our marketing team as a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing processes and technology stack within the HubSpot platform. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage marketing automation workflows campaigns and lead nurturing programs within the HubSpot platform.
  • Build and optimize landing pages email templates and forms to support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing sales and IT teams to integrate HubSpot with other systems such as CRM platforms and analytics tools.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management lead scoring and segmentation within HubSpot.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on how to use HubSpot effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest features and updates from HubSpot and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our marketing operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing workflows campaigns and forms within HubSpot.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using HubSpot analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) are a plus.
