MARKETING MANAGER - Shot Guns Home Defense

We are a company dedicated to the manufacture of home defense weapons, based in Turkey with a commercial presence in the United States.

Job Objective:

We are in search of an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and professionalize our company's marketing with the primary aim of driving sales. The ideal candidate will spearhead the digital transformation of our brand, amplifying our presence on social media, the web, and most importantly, creating a "Lifestyle" through our auxiliary products, such as coffee consumption.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  
• Manage and allocate the annual marketing budget.
  
• Develop and oversee a marketing timetable tailored to industry demands.
  
• Set and monitor clear objectives for the marketing department.
  
• Analyze data and statistics to identify and prioritize effective strategies.
  
• Create promotions that attract and retain our target customers.
  
• Position and strengthen our brand in the market.
  
• Manage marketing projects from start to finish.
  
• Reinforce and build brand loyalty.
  
• Monitor our brand's competitive position in the market.
  
• Develop and supervise effective social media strategies.
  
• Communicate our brand's value and positioning through digital media.
  
• Submit regular reports on marketing management, performance, and investment.
  
• Measure and evaluate the ROI of various marketing campaigns.
  
• Deep knowledge of our products to design effective brand strategies.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in Marketing
  
• Strategies and Digital Marketing; experience working with Influencers would be ideal.
  
• Knowledge and experience in brand loyalty, brand positioning, branding, and social media.
  
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  
• Creativity and initiative in decision-making.
  
• Empathy and effective communication.
  
• Strong organizational, planning, and pressure-handling abilities.
