Tasks

As theMarketing Manager at Brame you will be instrumental in driving the fullfunnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts in the world of gamification marketing. You will lead a highimpact team while spearheading creative campaigns nurturing leads and shaping the future of client engagement. Close collaboration with sales and products is crucial while scaling up Brame to the top gamification platform provider in the world.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our gamification platform.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Lead and manage our marketing team by example.
  • Coordinating our content marketing plan and coming up with fresh ideas for eBooks social media posts and blog articles.
  • Drive demand generation programs including lead generation nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of our upcoming webpage optimization project
  • Coordinate and oversee the companys presence at industry events and fairs.
  • Create segmented mailing flights establish a scoring system and implement a lead nurturing process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry publications and research to identify successful strategies and share findings with others.
  • Establish and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence in the SaaS industry.
  • Analyze data identify actionable insights and execute opportunities efficiently.
  • Implement effective public relations strategies foster positive relationships with media outlets and build up strategic partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with our product team and plan communication strategies for product releases.
  • Conduct customer interviews and use them to develop and promote case studies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business or Marketing (or similar) alternatively equivalent work experience
  • At least five years of fulltime work experience in demand generation or a similar role in digital marketing driving fullfunnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts into a CRM like Salesforce
  • SaaS Industry expertise ideally experience in a startup or scaleup
  • Experience planning creating and executing webinars display ad campaigns direct mail and other digital marketing programs in support of driving demand
  • Fluency in English and German (both languages are a must since our client base is primarily in the DACH region)
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland or Germany
  • Knowledge in organic growth and B2B email marketing
  • Interest in building and implementing new growth strategies
  • Team player but can work well individually solutionoriented & structured
