The Marketing Manager manages and produces daytoday marketing activities in support of the strategic growth initiatives of the company. He/she will oversee marketing activities across digital marketing lead generation and recruitment marketing as well as manage the presence of the corporate brand within the industry.


This is a great opportunity for a multifaceted energetic marketing manager with a proven trackrecord of running successful campaigns based on measurable results in both the digital arena and through B2B channels for a fastgrowing company. This is a remote position but individual must be located on the East coast.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the development of marketing strategies based on data analytics research and industry knowledge
  • Understands key competitors and their relative strengths and weaknesses and maintains a network of people and resources for obtaining competitive information
  • Oversees and manages the corporate brand and value proposition across all external marketing channels
  • Conceptualizes and executes marketing campaigns across multiple channels designed to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Produces and manages direct marketing campaigns across email social and direct mail to generate leads for business development and recruitment
  • Develops and executes trade show and event strategies to increase awareness and drive audience engagement
  • Manages all online properties for the corporate brand including websites and social channels Indeed etc.
  • Develops content marketing strategy writes produces and executes marketing communications for all external channels
  • Manages and oversees all activity within Hubspot Marketing Automation including integrations with other platforms automated workflows dashboards and reporting
  • Monitors analyzes and reports on campaign efforts with a focus on lead generation and conversion for business development and recruitment
  • Plans and maintains designated marketing budgets
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver upon key initiatives and ensure marketing efforts are driving desired results
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities and provides recommendations for improvement of campaigns and user/audience experience
  • Manages KPI reporting and regular performance assessments using all available analytics data
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing Communications or a related field
  • 5 years of Marketing Experience with an emphasis on content lead generation and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of generating leads in support of meeting sales and recruiting objectives
  • Must have working knowledge of Hubspot SalesForce and Social Media Platforms
  • Requires an understanding of best practices in lead generation campaign creation and management as well as recruitment marketing
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to offer sound marketing advice to crossfunctional partners
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and understand business objectives
  • Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent written presentation and communication skills are required
  • Strong communication skills attention to detail able to provide complex information in a digestible way is required
