We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing efforts and drive sales growth through effective ATL and BTL activities.
Ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience in FMCG with expertise in ATL/BTL Activities or considerable experience in Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration.
- Lead the planning and implementation of ATL activities including advertising campaigns TV and radio commercials and other mass media initiatives.
- Manage BTL activities such as promotions events sponsorships and pointofsale displays to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of marketing and sales professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
