Designation: Marketing Lead (Manager / AVP) Budget: 1526 LPA

Skills / Education Needed:
Should have worked full time in Marketing before in target driven roles seeking Webinar / speaking slots in Conferences / Hosting Twitter Spaces in India & Internationally for relevant ETP division executives
Should be ideally having a relevant formal education in Marketing & Sales (Or a good relevant experience)
Should have skills to handle Telegram Groups / Social Media & Website
Understand content management & also be able to freshly create new content pertaining & relevant to ETP (Emerging Domains) division of Vayana
Should have creative Mind with some exposure to Graphics / Designing
Need to share proofs of past work performed
Have a proactive / enthusiastic approach towards the job. Should be able to work for a growing startup and agile in delivery.
Should be able to send Cold Emails / Cold Promotions on LinkedIn / Databases to generate leads for the Sales Teams. As said earlier this is a target driven role.


Job Profile:
Manage the Marketing / social media agency appointed for the company & be the Community Manager for Vayana ETP division
Be the Content Manager & overall Marketing coordinator for the ETP division of Vayana (Focus would be overseas markets primarily & to some extent India). Regularly come out with blogs & articles.
Manage Website page of ETP end to end alongside Website Vendor
Should be able to forge relationships / identify related Marketing & Sales vendors
Help the company get inroads into various Industry associations across the World
Organise Webinars / Twitter Spaces / OffLine events when needed
Meet Events / Leads generation targets given
Run digital marketing campaigns
Overall marketing strategy crafting / implementation / delivery and the necessary ROI would be your responsibility (Mathematics behind decision would be important to get approval on campaigns etc)
Its a startup be ready to adapt / hustle / be a jack of all trades

More Information:
4 Times a Week Office Job / 1 day Work from Home (Office at BKC Mumbai)
Saturdays Usually Off unless meeting Project Deadlines or Month End
C2C Hike as per Market Norms
Requirement is immediate. The Sooner you can join the better or as per your standard relieving period with your current company

Recruitment Process:

a) First Round on CV

b) Second Round on a small Task which will be given

c) Third & Final Round with CEO of the Company possibly or pertaining to understanding the role & setting expectations gauging interest etc. This is more of PreSales Role. Usually a Sales guy at heart end up doing PreSales role also better.
