We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Investments. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate services drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Additionally you will oversee all social media platforms ensuring consistent engagement and effective communication with our audience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry focusing on promoting properties attracting clients and enhancing brand visibility.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote properties services and brand awareness.
Manage and maintain all social media platforms for the real estate company including content creation scheduling engagement monitoring and community management.
Generate engaging and relevant content for marketing materials website blog posts email newsletters and social media platforms to attract potential clients and retain current ones.
Plan and schedule regular content updates including posts images videos and articles to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence.
Interact with followers respond to comments and messages and foster community engagement on social media platforms.
Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base collaborating closely with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in real estate marketing social media and digital technologies continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing efforts.
Desired Candidate Details:
Proven experience in marketing management preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
