Budget Management: Supervise the departments budget and ensure all marketing activities are costeffective.
Leadership: Direct and oversee the companys marketing department ensuring all initiatives align with company goals and brand coherence.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors methods to identify opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management: Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
Internal Communications: Ensure that employees are informed and engaged. This can include managing internal newsletters bulletins or intranet content.
Digital Communication: Manage the organizations online presence which includes website content and social media profiles.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation and editing of promotional and communication materials such as newsletters articles and press releases.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the companys digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email marketing and social media advertising.
Event Planning: Organize and manage marketing events like trade shows or clients events.
Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns recommending improvements as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the other departments in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Bachelor s degree in marketing Business or a related field. Master s degree a plus.
3 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in consulting or recruitment company
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Native English. Additional languages are a
Proficiency in digital marketing including SEO SEM and Email Marketing.
Familiarity with analytics and marketing software e.g. Google Analytics CRM systems and content management systems.
