Marketing Lead - ERP USA

Formpipe Software is a leading Independent Enterprise Software Vendor (ISV) (SaaS) solution provider in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments. We are a Europeanbased public company that over the last four years has established a strong presence throughout North America.

Our current success is evidenced by the sale of our software to marquee clients with strong USA brand recognition and we also collaborate and partner with toptier Microsoft Dynamics Partners.

We are ready to increase our market share improve our brand awareness and drive new business opportunities in the ERP market. To do this effectively we need an inhouse lead generation selfdriven allrounder marketer to join our USA organization with the idea that this role could expand to a Global Marketing Lead.

The primary focus of this role is to design our approach to the North American ERP market and then to direct and execute to the approved marketing plan. You will be the lead marketing team member in the North American office with the expectation that as we raise our market share you will build a team behind you. In the meantime however you will have the support of our European marketing team as well as the local commercial team.

You will have the opportunity to be a key influencer in shaping the marketing arm of Formpipe USA and the team will look to you as the expert in your field to take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive tactical plan with the objectives of further business development and to increase the brand profile of Formpipe in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Recognition Ensure brand consistency across all print and online media communications i.e. designing and formatting Formpipe documents as per the central brand.

• Maximize Online Presence through social media marketing content marketing and advertising.

• Market Research Conduct research to determine the most optimum content for the right platform

• Implement Marketing Best Practices: Drive strategic direction for marketing initiatives and promote best practices within the region.

• Content Development: Conduct research and write highquality content for Formpipes online media platforms. Including proofreading of content.

• Content Localization: Contribute to the Formpipe website by helping to add content and assess development needs based on local requirements.

• Campaign Management: Design create and implement campaigns and programs that promote a high degree of engagement and interaction with current and prospective clients and partners

• General Marketing management: Carry out any other marketing communications and multimedia related duties as required

Key Skills:

• A degree in business marketing or a related field.

• Ability to design create and implement and evaluate campaigns and programs to promote and increase brand awareness and help drive traffic to our digital sales channels.

• Experienced user of CRM software Microsoft CRM will be beneficial.
• Background in marketing software solutions to partners channel communications

• Desire and comfort working in a small noncorporate environment that relies upon selfmotivation as opposed to micromanagement and strict goals.

• Digital marketing experience in the format of social media web analytics search engine marketing and email marketing
• Familiarity with Marketing Platforms to set and execute strategic goals.
• Proven ability to generate and implement Social Media presence and strategic campaigns.
• Software background either on an educational or commercial level will also be valuable.
• YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA.
