Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts for a pan India eye chain hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospitals services including eye care surgeries and specialized treatments.
2. Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and initiatives.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral including brochures website content and social media campaigns.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including media outlets advertising agencies and industry influencers.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
7. Oversee the hospitals online presence including website management search engine optimization and social media engagement.
8. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 710 years in marketing roles with a focus on healthcare or hospital industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
