Retail Marketing Executive
**Job Overview:**
Teamworx is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Marketing Executive to join our clients busy head office team. This handson role requires a proactive approach and will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand plan and delivering engaging retail initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting key marketing campaigns working closely with retail teams and managing various agencies.
Responsibilities:
Shape and execute the brand plan ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Develop and implement engaging retail initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with retail teams to understand their needs and integrate marketing strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and various agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Manage budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Deliver projects and campaigns within tight deadlines.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing.
Demonstrated experience in budget management.
Proficiency in implementing and managing loyalty programs.
Skills and Competencies:
Proactive and resultsoriented approach.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Deadlinedriven and able to work under pressure.
