In a nutshell

Picnic is seeking an experienced Marketing Effectiveness Manager to help us drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns in customer acquisition and reactivation across the Netherlands Germany and France. Youll drive growth through performance marketing and above the line media. They start from first principles to optimise the setup and decision making process on the short and long term.

What youll do

As Marketing Effectiveness Manager you will work with the Marketing Analysts and Performance Marketeers to:

• Bring insights on campaign performance from television and radio to search ads
• Create narrative around future marketing campaigns spend and expected ROI
• Align business growth to our marketing and campaign setup with internal marketing teams to increase ROI on short and medium horizon
• Maintain and further develop our reporting and analytics suite
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities to refine and enhance strategies.

About you

• Exceptional problem solving skills and experience in data driven decision making
• 5 years of experience of which 3 in marketing management using analytics ideally in an environment combining above the line and performance marketing
• Experience using a variety of marketing tools and evaluation methodology e.g. MMM LTA
• Great analytical skills with SQL and visualisation tools like Tableau
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally.
• Indepth knowledge of the ecommerce and mobile app industry trends.
