Description:
The Marketing Coordinator II provides support to the Marketing Department in all projects and initiatives as needed.
Specific activities may include:
Shipping and logistics inventory and promotional items
Manage Outside Vendors (i.e. graphic designers)
Sponsorship support
Manage Marketing Email Inbox
Accrual tracking invoice processing
Updates to PPT presentations
Microsite updates approvals endorsement letters
Data management
Qualifications/Certifications :
Microsoft Office (Proficient in Word PPT Excel)
Very organized and detailoriented
