What does a Marketing Coordinator do

With oversight of B2C acquisition and engagement marketing efforts for North America and Latin America the Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute the strategy for affiliates and influencer marketing and potentially other channels as needed to drive member acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing in our Plano TX office this person will also work closely with the UK Marketing Team who has oversight of Global digital strategy and acquisition initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop implement and manage marketing campaigns including determining campaign objectives channelspecific key performance indicators preparing reports and setting timelines for English and Spanishspeaking markets.
  • Procure and manage influencers. Develop ideas to engage with them and grow the influencer marketing program. Be available to communicate with influencers at odd hours days of the week as they can based abroad. Responsible for enrolling influencers into the program and working with the Finance them to pay them.
  • Explore opportunities and facilitate campaigns through other direct marketing channels (e.g. MGM Inserts Telephone Employees Emailing) with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on findings.
  • Deliver against set revenue budget timeline and ROI objectives.
  • Develop general reporting (weekly and monthly).
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver ontime and onbudget.
  • Support new acquisition projects development as needed.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 years of digital marketing experience or related field
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Possess good analytical and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time with short deadlines.
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High standards of conduct and professionalism
  • Flexible with a good attitude
  • Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Must be fluent bilingual in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in graphic design and related software applications a plus.
