THE TEAM
The Warner Bros. Discovery US Networks Group Branded Entertainment (BE) team oversees production of all linear content for Ad Sales that is cobranded featuring network brands shows and/or features network talent. They do so in collaboration with several internal & external teams including the network Brand Marketing and Show Production teams Ad Sales Marketing agencies & production companies.
The Branded Entertainment team is comprised of creatives production managers & marketing leads working across all of the US Networks FOOD HGTV Discovery tbs TNT TLC OWN ID Animal Planet Trvl truTV TCM Science & Cooking.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

You are familiar with media production and postproduction ideally in an entertainment or marketing field.
You have impeccable communication skills; and prefer to overcommunicate rather than undercommunicate.
Your strengths include multitasking & thriving in a fastpaced environment.
You have excellent organizational skills with a genuine interest in the creative process what goes into getting that creative produced & how the marketing machine works. You get a thrill seeing ideas come to life.
Youre a team player & selfstarter who is eager to dive in no matter the size of the task.
You are familiar with commonly used media tools and files such as Photoshop and Avid.
Youre no newbie when it comes to Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Technology does not intimidate you you are comfortable learning new applications and software.

You are able to work onsite in the NYC office 2 days a week

THE JOB
Daily responsibilities will include:


Project management support:

Tracking new RFCPs (requests for proposals) in Airtable and Appian databases for assigned networks including HGTV TBS TNT TCM Discovery Animal Planet and Science.
Tracking new and delivered Creative Requests in Airtable and Appian for aforementioned networks.
Generating and archiving cut sheets.
Providing meeting support; such as scheduling meetings drafting agendas organizing media taking meeting notes following up on action items.

Operations support:

Completing administrative tasks surrounding outsourced work; to include assisting in drafting contract requests archiving executed agreements onboarding new vendors submitting purchase orders tracking invoices in Airtable and following up on payments.


Production and postproduction support:

Providing support for internal and external edit sessions; including supplying billing codes ensuring delivery specs are shared with external post partners communicate delivery instructions and QCing deliveries.
Communicating tech and delivery specs scheduling tech calls if needed.
Helping draft and update internal preproduction book.
Creating and updating Talent Packets.
Assisting to book talent flight lodging and ground transportation.
Assisting with final delivery of assets.
Archiving release forms and final media.
