We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing / Brand Manager to join our team supporting the various initiatives under Tether Data ( Holepunch Keet and our soontobelaunched development platform and more.) In this role you will be responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives that promote our cuttingedge P2P tech development platform an opensource P2P runtime that empowers web developers to build P2P apps with zero infrastructure cost. You will also play a pivotal role in marketing our platform Keet as it transitions from Beta to a mainstream chat app as well as promoting and supporting the broader Pear developer movement.

Tasks

• Develop and execute inspiring marketing strategies that highlight the groundbreaking nature of Holepunch Keet and our soontobelaunched P2P development platform.
• Guide the creation of engaging content to encourage developers globally to build P2P apps using our tech platform.
• Collaboratewith 3rd party developers and projects to provide marketing support and feature their P2P app creations as case studies on our P2P community
  website.
• Reach out to digital production houses that work for agencies & big brands to build
  showcase applications on PearRuntime to score case studies with big
  brand names.
• Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and tech media to generate interest and awareness of the Pear movement.
• Secure speaking opportunities for Holepunch developers and management at relevant tech developer events and platforms.
• Drive advertising and promotional activities to increase the mainstream appeal and usage of Keet.
• Continuously promote Keets feature updates and implement creative ideas to boost user engagement and activity.
• Independently execute initiatives to grow our brands and their communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand strategy and marketing.
• Willingness to deep dive into the tech and developer communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects from conception to completion.
• Creative thinker with a strong strategic startup mindset.
• Experience in advertising digital marketing social media strategy and content creation.
• Familiarity with the peertopeer technology space is a plus.
