He/She is responsible for planning producing and overseeing the execution of all events and marketing activities. He/She creates communication materials to deliver messages to the public through social media our website and the like as the case may be. Further he/she oversees and assists with organizing and coordinating all presentations activities & events as dictated by his/her supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide support and assistance in planning developing producing and delivering marketing and communication materials.
2. Activate monitor and update social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
3. Provide wellwritten validated clear consistent communications on many topics that span company announcement and presentation promotions and digital content (emails social media posts)
4. Collaborates with third party event organizers and suppliers.
5. Monitors and updates the company s website and social media tools.
6. Does minor layout and revisions for marketing collaterals.
7. Mobile advertising social networking social media postings and other online campaigns.
8. Performs general clerical duties and other related tasks as required from time to time.
Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications ADOBE photoshop illustrator InDesign and the likes.
Good Public Relations Excellent verbal and written English Communication and presentation skills has experience in events management and digital marketing.
EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Advertising Communications
Marketing or any related course
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years experience in Marketing field
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Flexible multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with ability to develop timelines execute them and meet the deadlines.
Works well under pressure with a keen attention to detail; Able to manage social media and other contact systems to create and send messages.
