As of now we are on the lookout for an initiative marketing and growth manager to help take our brand to new heights. You will plan and manage the entire brand growth and marketing strategy from A to Z.

Tasks

• Brand Growth: Plan and manage the entire brand growth and marketing strategy from A to Z. Set goals and create a comprehensive plan document for getting there.Execute it internally or if necessary hire external resources.
• Branding: Align growth strategies with brand identity and values.
• Responsibilities for Data: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess performance across channels and campaigns. Come up with insights and ideas for growth opportunities and efficiency.
• Paid Advertising: Oversee collaborate and optimize performance marketing efforts including social media ads Google PPC SEO and more. Ensure maximum ROI by continuously testing measuring and adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics.
• CRO Optimization: Plan and execute ongoing CRO
• Products: collaborate with the team to develop new products guided by data and customer demands.
• Lead and collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
• Customer Experience: Optimize the endtoend customer experience across the entire funnel ensuring a seamless and engaging journey that fosters loyalty and retention.
• Personas: research and evolve customer personas and tailor marketing and sales strategies to each segment.
• Technologies and trends: Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to support growth objectives.
• Budget and resources: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across growthdriven projects and campaigns. Ensure financial efficiency while pursuing growth targets.

Requirements

• Deep Understanding of Marketing and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and possess a solid understanding of marketing principles.
• Ecommerce Growth Marketing Experience: Previous experience in ecommerce marketing is essential to excel in this role.
• Understanding of Various Departments: Possess a holistic understanding of different departments within a company and how they contribute to overall brand success.
• Initiative: Able to work independently. Take initiative and thrive in a selfdirected work environment.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of managing and leading a team.
