TCF offers services in the areas of Planning Program Management Community Engagement and Development.



The Manager of Marketing and Communications will serve as a vital member of our team providing strategic leadership and management of the companys marketing branding and communication initiatives. The incumbent will craft implement and oversee a cohesive marketing and communication strategy that effectively promotes the companys expertise in land use planning program management development and community engagement to both public and private sector clients.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that includes digital print and social media strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the firm.
  • Lead the production of highquality content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action. Decide on content distribution channels for all mediums.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the companys online presence including the website and social media platforms.
  • Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members influencers and community leaders.
  • Plan and oversee the organization of events such as conferences seminars and workshops to promote the companys services and expertise.
  • Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Create marketing materials proposals and presentations for new business development efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and communications strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate marketing strategies with other company operations.
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget and ensure that all marketing activities are costeffective.



Requirements:



  • A bachelors degree in marketing communications public relations or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing manager or communications director role preferably in the land use planning program management or development sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with strategic planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diversity of projects and initiatives simultaneously and to deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM and content management systems.
  • Experience with analytics and market research to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
