POSITION SUMMARY:
This role requires someone who has a strategic creative and handson approach to implementing digital journeys and experiences that develop and integrate brand awareness consideration and conversion experience. Proficiency in data analysis is of paramount importance for the successful development and execution of a marketing strategy that leads to brand positioning.
*Note: Strongly needed to be Mexico City based.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Optimize our member experience and develop enhancements and campaigns focused on the following key tactics:
o Identify execute and optimize a lead gen journey for new potential members
o Leverage persona previous campaign data and competitive research on products services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
o Develop and execute campaign strategies
o Elevate brand voice and experience to appeal to new target audiences building stronger advocacy WoM and engagement through digital channels
Provide strategic execution and guidance to prioritize integrated and digital marketing programs and campaigns through an iterative approach
o Develop and enhance partnerships with various business verticals like creative social paid media web IT and Salesforce teams
o Provide modern marketing execution and thought leadership aligned to business objectives and growth initiatives
o Effectively communicate and sell innovative ideas programs and best practices to crossfunctional business partners to gain alignment
o Monitor and review metrics and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly
Drive consistent message and brand experience for all awareness consideration and conversion digital experiences
o Work cross functionally among the core team and business partners to integrate the brand experience pre and post addition to the national registry
o Partner with outside agency to form strategic alignment on brand and marketing programs
Data analysis for Marketing strategy
o For understanding customers improving campaign performance and making evidencebased decisions leading to brand positioning
o Providing insights into strategic decisionmaking audience segmentation: Enhancing campaign effectiveness through targeted segments personalization performance measurement campaign optimization forecasting and planning channel evaluation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications needed for this position including education experience certification knowledge and/or physical requirements)
Knowledge of:
Leveraging strategies insights and campaigns to effectively market to diverse audiences
Differences in perception motives and beliefs among Gen Z and Millennial communities with diverse cultural backgrounds
Data analysis and adherence to the Marketing strategy
Experience in managing events with media external audiences internal audiences and fundraising
Ability to:
Think critically while leveraging strong problemsolving skills
Ensure all marketing campaigns and content are authentic inclusive and support diversity inclusion
Communicate efficiently and effectively across departments to develop brand awareness
Monitor understand and apply cultural diversity and inclusion trends
Understand data and transform it into valuable information for Marketing strategy
Education and/or Experience:
3 5 years of Digital Marketing experience or similar
BS degree in Marketing Journalism Communications Digital technologies or relevant field
Expertise and experience with digital marketing channels
Social media and other digital marketing outlets
Data analysis experience (metrics insights strategic decision making)
