The Role:
As a Market Research Analyst you will play a crucial role in identifying and categorizing potential prospects within our target market which includes ecommerce brands and agencies in the US. This position calls for a methodical and focused approach to market research with an emphasis on practical insights and direct applications to growth initiatives


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target Market Analysis: Conduct detailed research to identify and segment potential prospects in the US ecommerce market.
  • Prospect Categorization: Develop clear categories or buckets of prospects based on various criteria to aid in targeted growth strategies.
  • Data Management: Utilize and manage data effectively possibly using tools like HubSpot for data organization and insights.
  • Collaborative Research: Work closely with the Growth Team to align research activities with broader growth objectives.
  • Insight Reporting: Provide concise and actionable reports on research findings to inform and guide the team s strategies.

Qualification:
  • Experience in market research or a similar analytical role.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce industry particularly the US market.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Understanding of prospecting tools like Sales Navigator Zoominfo Charm etc
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Statistics or a related field

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present research findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Craft compelling, informative, and technically sound content across various formats, including blogs, brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral. Messaging Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that accurately represents our services and value proposition. Technical Writing: Produce high-quality technical content that explains complex analytics concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure a consistent tone and style across all content, aligning with our brand's voice and messaging guidelines. Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and user engagement, incorporating SEO best practices. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in ecommerce analytics, and emerging platforms to produce relevant and timely content. Qualification: Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on technical or analytics-related subjects. Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and advanced analytics. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. Proven ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, reader-friendly content. Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. Ideal Candidate Profile A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Technically sound, with a keen understanding of ecommerce analytics and related technologies. Efficient and detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.
