Position Overview
This individual reports and provides support to the respective Marketing Communications Manager. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent project management writing and communication skills; and will demonstrate a passion for growing within the organization. They must work effectively with a variety of different team members and business lines.
Key Responsibilities
Works with the Creative Services Department to design digital marketing material such flyers whitepapers videos banner ads etc. for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches
Works in the project management tool Percolate to design eblasts and manage deployments
Manages approval timelines and liaises between regulatory teams and product managers
Assists with executing the media plan
Maintains intranet and internet webpages by updating content while ensuring it fits the U.S. market
Creates monthly campaign metric reports in PowerPoint using the DOMO reporting tool
Occasionally writes social media posts
Manages content management systems including One Library
Manages and executes internal communication projects such as the enewsletter
Creates monthly metric report using the Domo tool
