Location: PELLA IA
Job Type: 12Months Contract / Full Time
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support.
- Design & Implement tooling.
- Assembly process planning.
- Material handling equipment design.
- Time and motion study then line balancing.
- Racking system design for material stack up.
- Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
- Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
- Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
- Quality checking gauges.
- Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
- Vendor engagement for project requirements.
- Supporting to continuous improvement process.
- 5S line support for line implementation.
- Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
