Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter.Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience;
- 2 years of Semi conductors and manufacturing recruitment experience;
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- 2 years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping recruitment strategies and Boolean searches;
- Bachelor s degree;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit;
- Strong work ethic integrity and personal accountability;
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;
