Job Skills and Responsibilities:

Technical/Functional Skills: Creo Windchill MS Office suites

Experience Required: Experience in Mechanical Design ECO First Article Inspection to check dimensional accuracy test reports test procedures ECN Drawing updates manufacturing support etc..

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review samples from new suppliers for dimensional accuracy and against drawings notes
• Create First article inspection reports for reviewed samples.
• Create test reports detailing test procedures test setup # of samples tested and result.
• Share ECO synopsis/write up for reviewed samples.
• Update Mechanical drawings based on redlines documents provided.
• Parts release in Windchill through ECN Bill of material management and support to the prototyping activities
• Support the production with assembly procedures.
• Product redesign for production optimization / cost reduction
• Protocol and completion report

• Communications Good communication skill in both speaking and writing with all levels within the organization. Must be able to communicate well with personnel in overseas.
• Organized Ability to multitasking and to organize efficiently with good time management. Identify urgent and critical issues and set priorities. Must be able to manage and work with personnel from overseas and from different time zones.
