Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems
• Assist in implementing manufacturing methodologies and tools
• Conduct research to identify and implement new manufacturing technologies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
• Analyze production processes and propose improvements
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and specifications
• Support the setup and validation of manufacturing equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform root cause analysis for manufacturing failures
• Contribute to cost reduction and waste minimization initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Provide operational support to manufacturing teams
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Conduct quality control tests on manufactured products
• Participate in training and skills development programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in manufacturing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Basic understanding of production planning and control
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
• Handson experience with manufacturing equipment and processes (internships or projects)
