Manufacturing Engineer - Automotive

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager youll play a crucial role in developing measuring and maintaining product and process procedures. Key responsibilities include creating SOPs Control Plans and TS16949compliant documentation as well as spearheading the development of new products and equipment specifications. Collaborate with engineers and technicians for successful product launches provide technical leadership and contribute to quality and process improvements. Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering in Automotive supplier or OEM tier 1 or tier 2
• Project Management and leadership experience
• Lean manufacturing including root cause analysis/ problem solving Six Sigma Kanban Shainin or similar
• Skilled in process improvement Scrap / waste reduction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ISO 9001 TS16949 and IATF experience needed

Location: Greenville SC

Salary: commensurate based on experience bonus potential and excellent benefits
