Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the design and development of manufacturing processes
• Collaborating with senior engineers to create detailed designs using CAD software
• Researching and selecting materials for product development
• Participating in product testing and quality control processes
• Analyzing data to identify and resolve production issues
• Assisting in the creation of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Participating in design reviews and brainstorming sessions
• Assisting in the implementation of safety guidelines and regulations in manufacturing processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of CAD software and design principles
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of quality control processes
• Knowledge of material selection and properties
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
