Manual Machinist
Pay: $17-18/hr.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM

Job Description:
Must have at least 3 years of experience operating manual machines.
Your primary responsibilities will be to operate and maintain a variety of manual machining equipment used in the repair and maintenance of pipeline components. These components may include valves, pumps, compressors, and other equipment used in oil and gas production, transmission, and distribution.
Specific job duties may include:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining specifications and tolerances. Operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining equipment to fabricate and repair pipeline components. Setting up and adjusting machines to ensure accurate and precise machining of components. Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintaining machines and equipment in good working order, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to identify and troubleshoot problems with pipeline components. Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including machine settings, inspection results, and other relevant data.
