- Handle customer queries efficiently through webchat email and social media channels.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice email and chat.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
