The Training Lead will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Comprehensive Child
Welfare Information System (CCWIS). The CCWIS Modernization Project is a pioneering IT initiative
aimed at transforming our child welfare information system. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative
Training Lead to spearhead the training and development programs for this largescale project. It is
preferred the Training Lead be detail oriented able to build relationships over multiple programs with
multiple partners able to seek and engage with subject matter experts have knowledge of the Florida
Practice Model and FSFN.
2.2 Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Bachelors degree in one of the following Business Administration MBA or related field
Experience and knowledge of Training large organizations in best practices in principles
methodologies and tools.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and executing tactics.
Experience with largescale training efforts.
Familiarity with project mgmt. approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
2.3 General Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
The submitted candidate(s) must be able to apply common knowledge skills and abilities in the
following areas:
1. Communication: Have the ability to clearly convey information in both written and verbal
formats to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e.; project team meetings
management presentations etc.). Must have the ability to effectively listen and process
information provided by others.

other agencies). Able to assess the needs of the customer provide information or assistance to
satisfy expectations or resolve a problem.

2.3 Education and Certifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration Social Work or other related
field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
