Manager-Talent Acquisition

The Opportunity

We at Sportskeeda are looking to hire a selfmotivated individual to join us and make significant contributions to building a great team. The incumbent will partner with multiple teams to identify and strategize their shortterm and longterm hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in extensive non tech hiring and should be able to resolve complex recruitment problems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead team of Recruiters and ensure the hiring requirements are filled within the stipulated TAT
  

• Handling the endtoend process of talent acquisition from gathering the requirement details sourcing screening shortlisting of resumes initial interview screening followups/coordination.
  

• Interviewing and closing the positions as per specifications within the stipulated timelines.
  

• Sourcing through Job portals headhunting and references.
  

• Clientcandidate relationship management and following up during and after the interviewing process
  

• Maintaining a dashboard for hiring
  

• Vendor management
  

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience. 5 years of experience in media sector
  
• Proficient with job boards postings & searching skills.
  
• Proficient with using ATS
  
• Excellent sourcing screening networking and negotiation skills.
  
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
