Manager Sales Load Cell

The Vishay Precision Group is looking to hire a MidSenior Level Manager Sales Load Cell to lead the sales team and grow the companys sales revenue. In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and streamlining sales strategies directing sales programs and overseeing the sales force. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of sales and management experience in the load cell industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and streamline sales strategies
• Direct and oversee sales programs
• Lead sales team to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements :

• At least 5 years experience in management and sales in the load cell industry
• Strong understanding of sales process and funnel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a team and drive performance
