We are a growing team looking for a People Programs Manager to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our people team in the Amsterdam office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Programs Manager is here to support our employees, managers and teams as well as the management in handling daily people development topics and in order to help stabilise our rapid growth. This role is based in Amsterdam, supports our Amsterdam, Rotterdam, & Moerdijk offices, and reports centrally to our head of people programs in Berlin.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Manage a team including office management & people operations, with close involvement with and dotted line reporting to our Recruitment team.
  • Support and develop line managers in driving a high-performance culture through coaching and facilitating talent assessments
  • Support the implementation of key human resources programs such as career paths, performance reviews, compensation & rewards across Netherlands offices
  • Drive organisational change and transformation: give guidance on business unit restructuring and succession planning
  • Assist with due diligence and integration process for current and future M&A activity in the Netherlands.
  • Create reports and analyze trends to support your stakeholders

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Programs, 3+ years of management experience
  • Empathy, you are a good listener and know how to adapt your communication to different audience
  • Analytical mindset, you utilize data in decision making
  • Strong presentation skills
  • English & Dutch speaking
